They are racistMy name is Asian. They wrote my shipping address as my right name but kept calling me Laura Humphries. I wrote back three times over a few weeks. I eventually went to a Facebook post and told them that they needed to fix themselves. They then ignored me for a week until I called them racist scammers. The owner says I was always very rude in my discourse and says she supports everyone but me. This is not how you do customer service. She also says she doesn't support 1% of the population. So she is implying she is, in fact, racist.

They are racist.I had attempted to contact them multiple times over the fact they kept calling me Laura Humphries. It took over three weeks for them to recognize it. I then stated that they may be scammers and racists. This aroused a quick reaction as seen here. I am the 1% they do not support simply because I asked for them to just pay attention to detail.
