My name is Asian. They wrote my shipping address as my right name but kept calling me Laura Humphries. I wrote back three times over a few weeks. I eventually went to a Facebook post and told them that they needed to fix themselves. They then ignored me for a week until I called them racist scammers. The owner says I was always very rude in my discourse and says she supports everyone but me. This is not how you do customer service. She also says she doesn't support 1% of the population. So she is implying she is, in fact, racist.
